Hello Beginner Bakers! I'm so excited to share a few amazing tips with you to make the start of your baking journey a little less stressful! So let's dive right in shall we? Tip#1, parchment paler will be your best friend! Seriously, it has make your clean-up that much faster and you can reuse it while baking. One thing you don't want to do is waste a lot of time. Tip#2, Purchase a scale and convert all your recipes to grams, yes all! Why, you ask? Measuring by weight is more accurate than measuring with cups or teaspoons. I might not scoop my cup of flour the same way each time or level it the same. But if I'm weighing my flour, I know each time I make my recipe it will come out the same each and every time, perfect! Tip#3, Always, yes always make sure all your ingredients are room temperature. It takes about an hour to bring your ingredients to room temperature. For butter, that does not mean softened butter. They are two different things. At room temperature your butter should still be firm enough to see your thumb print once touched.

I hoped that this was helpful and I can't wait til next time. We will delve into our first recipe! See ya then!
